Paolo and Seba: ultima di coppa....

questo weekend ho ripreso con la coppa italia boulder dopo 6 anni di stop! credo!!!
Giustamente ho pensato bene di cominciare con l'ultima prova, a Brescia, ma non per colpa mia visto che non avevo una società!!!
Ho cercato di preparare tutto al meglio se non fosse per il fatto che con l'ultimo allenamento pre gara di martedì mi sono scapocchiato un dito, venerdì ho dovuto aiutare mio zio con un trasloco (ringrazio Marc per avermi aiutato ed essersi criccato la schiena al posto mio) e la sera sono dovuto andare all'addio al celibato di mio cugiuno!
Sabato, cioè l'indomani, mi sono sparato le qualifiche! ero teso come non mai ma i 12 blocchi non erano niente di difficile, 11 al primo tentativo e 1 al secondo! Poi noia mortale visto che ero da solo! La notte l'ho passata in macchina e al freddo visto che ho calcolato male le temperature!! Le semifinali di domenica prevedevano l'isolamento e 4 blocchi a vista! 4 minuti per blocco intervallati da 4 min di riposo! Per scaldarsi non c'era un gran che ma al primo piano era presente un pan e due travi! ovviamente non potevamo uscire dall'isolamento e allora l'abbiamo raggiunto scalando sulle pareti! una volta giunti ai travi ci hanno beccato e fatto scendere minacciandoci di ammonizione! Non male come inizio! Anche se no so cosa prevede l'ammonizione! Anche qui ero tesissimo! tocca a me! pronti via! il primo blocco lo faccio al secondo tentativo (che somaro!), il secondo al terzo tentativo (per culo), il terzo non faccio neanche zona e il quarto lo capisco a un minuto dalla fine ma ero troppo finito per arrivare alla zona!
Dodicesimo!!!!! Direi bene ma questo piazzamento non mi permette di accedere al Campionato italiano! Peccato!

Meglio di me invece ha fatto Laura che si fa il suo primo 7a+ dopo la gravidanza anche se credo sia il primo 7a+ in assoluto! si vede che fa bene fare figli! oppure è il far niente dei mesi di maternità????? Comunque sia la via in questione si chiama Alfa e si trova a Cavazzo!

Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare il Presidente di Chido Fisso (Federico Addari) che, dopo avergli tanto rotto per farmi fare le gare, si è sbattuto dando il meglio di se anche in questo settore!

Last of italian cup!
This weekend I restart the Italian Cup after six years of stop! I believe!
Rightly, I thought to start with the last test, in Brescia! I tried to prepare all at the best if it were not for the fact that the last tuesday training before the comp I cut a finger, friday I had to help my uncle with a moving (thanks to Marc for helping me and have cracked his back at my place) and in the evening I had to go to the last bachelor party of my cousin!
Saturday, the next day, I did the qualifications!I was tense as ever but the 12 boulders were nothing difficult, 11 the first attempt and 1 at the second!Then boring because I was alone!I slept in the car and I was cold because I had miscalculated the temperatures!
The semi-finals on Sunday included the isolation and 4 boulders on sight! 4 minutes to resolve the boulder interspersed with 4 min rest! To warm up there was not much but on the first floor there was a pan and two hangboards! Obviously we could not come out of isolation and then we reached the first floor by climbing the walls! When we started whit the warm up the organization saw us! we went down and then the organization has almost warned! also here I was tense! it's my turn! go! I do the first boulder at the second attempt (that donkey!), the second at the third attempt (for ass), at the third I do not the zone(first point area) , I understand the fourth at one minute from the end but I was too tired to the zone!!
Twelfth !!!!!I would say well, but this position does not allow me to enter in the final competition, the Italian Championship!

Better than me did Laura! who makes his first 7a + after pregnancy! although I think the first 7a + ever! we see that having children is good! or is doing nothing of the months of maternity ????? Whatever the route in question is called Alpha, and is in Cavazzo!
